Description
Steps taken to reproduce in JIRA 5.1.2:
- Created a project TEST and an html page with the issue collector code for that page:

Note: No priority is set for the issue.
- The project ends up like this (also had created another issue through the collector and a bug through JIRA):
- Hovering over Major it points to the link (in the status bar) and gets you to the Issue Navigator.
- Hovering over No Priority shows no link.
- Clicking on No Priority returns Project Does Not Exist:
- In the Issue Navigator, the following JQL runs fine:
