Autocompletion not working in Korean

      When typing in Korean in any autocomplete friendly field, suggestions do not popup (autocomplete does not work) unless user enters backspace, then a space (2 keys).

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Created a new user: 재영 (when typing on an English keyboard with Korean input - type "wodud")
      • Created a new issue, and in the reporter field typed: 재 ("wo")
      • When user types a space then a backspace, autocomplete comes up

      Copy, paste doesn't seem to have any issues. When typing users shouldn't have to enter two extra keys as autocomplete suggestions should come up on its own.
