Be able to clone watchers

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Current Jira built-in clone functionality doesn't clone watchers from the original ticket. This should be useful for anyone who uses clone functionality.
