action to automatically create a new linked issue

I am a testleader in agile projects.

We make the testcases in Jira - the feature that will be tested as a main-task, and the testcases/teststeps as sub-tasks under that.
When we make a bug, we link the bug-task to the testcase/teststep manually. This gives ut the possibility to see the status of all bugs that is related to a testcase. There is no point retesting a teststep as long as there is unresolved bugs related to it.

If we had a function that automatically made that link when we made the bug, it would decrease work for the testers, and increase the quality of the testcase, since they always had link to the testcase the bug was discovered in (vice versa).

This feature could be under "More actions - Make bug (issue)" (automaticly reference "Is made from")
