When open a filter from Favorite Filters gadget the in IE the new window open minimized

    Description

      Steps to reproduce using IE 8:

      1. Open a dashboard with a Favorite Filter Gadget on it
      2. Press SHIFT and click in a filter link (to open in a new window)
      3. The new window open minimized

      It seems to be related with the code on summary/edit/... tabs on the top left of the page.
      Does not happen with Firefox.
