Enable possibility to set/change/keep current reporter/assigne when cloning an issue and also have the ability to point the clone to a different project than the project for the original issue

SO, what we are looking for is to keep the reporter in the cloned issue. Now the normal outcome in the cloned issue is that the account used to perform the cloneing gets to be the reporter on the clone. There should really be more alternatives/parameters to be set when creating an clone. Also it should be possible to toggle on/off for the "CLONE" text in the header of the clone issue.
