Jira has issues in IE 9

When loading Bravo in IE 9 I get these errors in the console:

Loading the page:

SCRIPT65535: Invalid calling object
EditIssue!default.jspa?id=166196, line 1 character 1

Some drop downs:

SCRIPT65535: Invalid calling object
com.atlassian.auiplugin:ajs.js, line 223 character 479

Some of the drop down fields do not work, e.g. Issue Type, Components, etc.

Please not that Microsoft now has IE9 available for download through Windows Updates. I updated my home PC at the weekend.
