Description
When JIRA is connected to Crowd, and Crowd has a delegated authentication directory defined in the list of directories for the JIRA app, authentication does not work for users that aren't manually created in the delegated authentication directory.
This is because Seraph attempts to find the user in the directory before authenticating - and the delegated authentication directory attempts to create the user only upon successful authentication.
The fix will be in Seraph: SER-166
JIRA will need to upgrade to Seraph 2.5.0 when released.
