Set From address in emails

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

    Description

      Please add option to Mail Server configuration to From Address field.
      Will be nice if email on changes will send with "From" field of updater.

      For example:
      Users:
      John
      Jack

      Scenario:
      John create issue and assign it to Jack.
      Jack get email message from "John <john@company.com>" - "[JIRA] Issue Assigned ... etc".
      Jack complite issue and resolve it.
      John get email message from "Jack <jack@company.com>" - "[JIRA] Issue Resolved ... etc"
