      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When many projects have been created, the project list in administration view could be very long and not organized.
      It would be better if each project in the same category of project could be together.

      Furthermore, when creating an issue, it would be better if projects were displayed under their category they belong to.
