Multi line custom fields on paste don't scroll down to cursor position

      Steps to reproduce this behaviour:

      1. Paste (Ctrl+V) text that exceeds number of blank lines displayed in custom field or Comment.
      2. Field gets expanded and the scrollbar appears, but the field still displays the beginning of the content, rather than the cursor position line.

      On any following cursor move the field scrolls down to the cursor location.
