Description
In some circumstances it may be helpful to be able to read back through the issue at hand in order to add the correct information to the screen in the workflow action.
Instead of asking the user to perform 2 actions - comment and update status - we prefer to do all actions within one step. Because the system currently brings up workflow action screens in the current window, users are unable to read back through the original issue to help them with their present action.
This can of course be easily accomplished by opening another window to view the issue but a pop-up would be a much better and user friendly alternative.
I think it would be nice if we could define the required behavior in the workflow action or screen definition. Another option would be to allow users to select the behavior for their environment in the profile configuration.
