    Description

      When you press the Online Help symbol next to Priorities you get all Issue Types, Priority Levels, Statuses and Resolutions listed. I think it would be less confusing to only show those that are valid for the project the issue belongs to. When it comes to Security Levels, for instance, the user can only see the Security Levels he or she has access to.
