Project Administrator Dashboard Management

The ability to force a dashboard to a team is valuable. If you have a larger team and want everyone to use the same default dashboard to control the message, there is currently no way to do that.

If a project administrator could select a group or a role and push a dashboard to the first or last position, that would help greatly.
