IE6 over HTTPS displays popup about secure & unsecure content on all view issue pages

    Description

      We had a similar problem with gadgets in JIRA 4.0 that was caused by a bug in IE6 when iframes didn't have a src tag. I think we solved that by adding a dummy javascript false src for those.

      We have reintroduced that or something similar on the view issue page with the 4.1 UI changes. Since we don't have any iframes on the page when it occurs I don't think it is the same exact problem.
