Permission "Assign Issues" for "Current Assignee" doesn't work right

      The Permission "Assign Issues" was granted to "Current Assignee". Because of this permission on new Issues the "Current Reporter" was able to assign Issues (after revoking this permission from "Current Assignee" the "Current Reporter" wasn't able to do this).
