Steps:
1. Login to JIRA.
2. Goto project tab and select any project having component and versions.
3. Click on version/component tab and select any version or component.
4. View the tool tip of project/project avatar link.The tooltip says "Back to component/version(dep on selection) tab of project XYZ"
5. Click on it
Result:
1. It take user to the summary tab of the project.
2. User has no straight way to go back to component/version tab.
3. Clicking on project menu in header takes you back to component/version tab.
Expected:
1. Clicking on project name/avatar should take back user to the last selected tab.

Hi everyone, We have recently reviewed this issue and the overall interest in the problem. As the issue hasn't collect votes, watchers, comments, or support cases from many customers during its lifetime, it's very low on our priority list, and will not be fixed in the foreseeable future. That's why we've decided to resolve it as *Time Out*. Although we're aware the issue is still important to those of you who were involved in the conversations around it, we want to be clear in managing your expectations. The Jira team is focusing on issues that have broad impact and high value, reflected by the number of comments, votes, support cases, and customers interested. We understand how disappointing this decision may be, but we hope you'll appreciate our transparent approach and communication.
