Allow to configure the limit of 50 issues for my Watches or Votes portlet

    Description

      On my home dashboard I have a portlet of all my votes and watches. Until the recent upgrade it showed all issues. Now it has a max of 50 (!!!!). That just won't do. I typically use this page and search using the browser search key because searching via JIRA is slower and less helpful.

      Please remove or drastically increase this arbitrary limit !
