We would still like a way to search for a wildcard or a blank field.

Need to generate JIRA searches/views for blank fields, both text and date formats
As part of managing a JIRA module database, I need to be able to search for fields that are blank. For example, the only way to determine if a replacement has been shipped to a customer is to check for the Return to Customer Ship Date field. If the field is blank, then the unit has not had a replacement sent.
However, I have not found a way to select the records where this field is blank.

Currently we export to Excel and sort, but that's a little painful and our system is growing past the point where that is practical.

We are still using Enterprise Edition, Version: 3.6.2-#156
