      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, there is an option to clone an issue's links, but this means that the new cloned issue will have links to the old issues. To do a true clone, there should be an option to clone the linked issues as well and link to those new issues (like what it does with subtasks).
