ServiceProxyDestroyedException when you reactivate an OSGi plugin

If you disable and then re-enable a Plugins2 plugin, you can get the following in the log files:

org.springframework.osgi.service.importer.ServiceProxyDestroyedException: service proxy has been destroyed
