This is very interesting. This issue was correctly resolved, and then our user just went in and closed it. Now, when you view it visually it's completely messed up. The link is shown, then it says there are no comments, but I know there were because I had put comments in there. Will attach screenshot. Let me know if you want me to send you our data file.
