Documentation for the "Change History" tab

      Currently there is no documentation for the Change History tab.
      Even if you search for "Change History" nothing relevant comes up.

      It would be good to provide some documentation on this to tell customers what this tab will capture and what it won't as some may think this is a full audit trail.
