Underline should be consistent on the issue navigator

Previously, all anchors on the issue navigator were underlined except for the summary field (which had a different font size anyway).

Now Components & Versions are linked but not underlined. The rest (assignee, issue key, custom fields etc) are underlined and of the same font size.

We should really make a call either way whether we want to link or not. That way, the "tinylink" could probably just go on the TD level.
