Versions no longer display descriptions when browsing project

    Description

      In my current version (3.6.5), when the user hovers their mouse over a version link in Browse Project page, the version description appears (on Firefox which respects the title tag).

      However, in version 3.13, the title tag is simply title="View Issues". This is less helpful. Somewhere along the way, the behaviour has changed. Why? How about a compromise? e.g. "View issues for version XX - xxxx"
