I have just finished evaluating JIRA to be used as our Companies Major Project Control tool. Although it looks impressive to cover almost all of our requirements, lack of supporting Right to Left Languages seems to be its major drawback for us.
Our requirement is to internationalize it to support Arabic Language in addition to be able to show native text in right-to-left fashion.
the problem has become more important when we enter text mixed of English and Arabic languages.
