    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, JIRA doesn't allow to move a sub-task from one project to another.

      If you try to perform this operation you get the following error:

      Cannot link Parent issue from a different project

      This task can be performed in a few separate steps.

      1. Convert sub-task to issue.
      2. Move newly created issue to other project
      3. Convert it to sub-task in destination project
