For resampling of attached screen-shots JIRA seems uses basic Pixel Resize algorithm which breaks image.
It's hard to view content of the image from the thumbnail so as result each time I have to open image to see the source picture.
If use Weighted Average algorithm for thumbnails generation, the quality will improve essentially.
