      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When you clone a task and want to also clone the subtasks, I'd like an option to only clone the open/incomplete subtasks. We usually clone when a release is done, but some subtasks are incomplete and need to be moved to another release.
