Can't set `due date` field if language set to Russian: error was

      When we selected date by calendar in russian dashboard, we couldn't create issue withe the error "incorrect date", because it set the month's names in english.
      If we set date manually and change the english month's names with the russian (15/oct/07->15/окт/07) - everything seems quite good.
