Would like to be able to mark certain fields required on SOME screens, not all screens

    Description

      It would be VERY helpful to have the ability to mark fields as required on a per screen basis. I know about the plugin that makes things required on transition but that doesn't solve all issues. I want to be able to make certain fields required when you add some issue types but not ALL issue types.
