The JIRA documentation search results currently only returns results from the user and administration guide, ignoring results from the extensions, community and JIRA documentation space. When a user searches Sage from the top right corner of http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/latest/ then Sage should include results from these JIRA-specific CAC spaces as well.
- JIRA Extensions should be included because functions such as timesheets, estimating, project management and reporting are at least partially reliant on plugins.
- Community should be included because it contains guides for custom workflow operations, custom fields and using JIRA as a support system.
- If any content is found in the JIRA documentation space on CAC that is not present on the Forrest documentation, the JIRA documentation space should be included in the search results.
Marked major as this has potential to reduce customer problems in finding relevant documentation as well as to reduce internal presales/support load.
