Project specific predefined filters on project homepage

      It would be nice to be able to define filters specific for a certain project. Filters often have a meaning within the context of a project. Therefore it would be nice to see them on the project's dashboard/homepage.

      Same idea could be applied for assigned issues within the context of this project.
