Microsoft Excel 2007 displays an extra warning before opening JIRA excel views

      Clicking the excel link on a report or in issue navigator when using office 2007, the attached screenshot warning message is displayed to the user.

      The reason is that the content of the document is actually HTML as opposed to a native binary excel format.

      This did not happen in previous versions of excel.
