As a user, I want to be able to easily read a list of tickets on screen and printed out.

My goal is to get as many tickets onto one screen/ sheet of paper as possible.

However, as Jira currently works, the Summary is allocated a fixed width, which means that a summary like "Implementation of funds transfer" is wrapped over 3 lines in the list. This makes it very hard to read and also reduces the overview you get on one page (less items).

            Hi Camilla,

As a workaround, you might consider using an excel view to accomplish what you're looking for.

            Regards,

            Chris.

            Hi Anton

It's a workaround, but in order to use Jira efficiently, I need to be
able to do it in Jira on screen.

            Cheers,

            Camilla

            Hi Camilla,

This is indeed tracked by JRA-6034. The problem is that it is easy to do so in HTML as we rely on the browser to draw the information as it believes is best. To give this functionality to the user we would likely need to use another format.

Does exporting issue sto Excel, ordering the columns and printing from there help?

            Cheers,
            Anton

I think this issue duplicates JRA-6034
