Unable to create a filter for fixed but no fix version across all projects

    Description

      I would like to create a filter for issues that have been marked closed and fixed, but have no fix version. This can be done easily for 1 project, but if I select multiple projects, this is not possible anymore. So now I have to create filters for each project separately.
