    Description

      I want to assign something to "Mike" but have "Scott" watch it and get all the updates.

      Another variation – I want "Mike" and "Scott" to both do something but I don't want to have to create seperate issues for each. (Though the tool could create two seperate issues for tracking)

      A final variation – I want "Mike" and "Scott" to do something weekly/daily/monthly and get the issue "scheduled"
