Trackback do not support utf8

    • Server on Redhat4 AS; MySQL; Confluence V2.4.2

    Description

      I configed mySQL/confluence/JIRA all with utf8 support, and have one page with chinese charater in it on Confluence.

      When I make a trackback in JIRA issue, the issue can not show the chinese character, instead of character '?'.

      What's the problem?
