Have some switchable user property saying "add me as watcher of an issue as soon as I comment it"

    Description

      When one comment on an issue where she is not one of the participant she does not automaticaly get notified when the issue changes, like when someone answer that comment or ask for additional info. One need to explicitly "watch" the issue.

      Actualy this is an unexpected behavior as one would assume to be notified of any change as soon as she makes a comment (not having to additionaly "watch" the thing).
