It will be great to apply conditions to project tab panels plugins like for "Preset filters" and other web-items.

The main idea is to display project tabs depending on current project role.
(e.g. display Issue type-specific tabs for different roles: Requirements and Risks for Analyst, Test Cases and Defects for QA Team, etc.)
