    Description

      Sorting of comments (ascending, descending) is a nice feature, but if a user always wishes to see comments sorted in descending order, this has to be selected each time the user logs into JIRA.

      Suggestion: add a sorting option to the users preferences, so that it is up to the user to select the order.
