Issue Summary

Creating project from custom template fails when the source template project configurations are too large exceed a threshold 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom template with large project configuration ( many workflows, fields etc.) 
2. Try creating a project from the template, project creation will fail

Expected Results

Project creation should work 

Actual Results

Project creation fails with the error 
Space not created
For some reason the magic didn't happen. Click Create to try again.

Workaround

There are no current easy workaround. Only workaround is to to review the template project’s configuration: workflows, fields etc. (all the related entities of the project to see if any of them are redundant and can be cleaned up to reduce the payload size)
