Issue Summary

When using the workflow to attach Snyk security containers to a project, the side pane displays attached containers.

However, at times, there are flaky errors that show "We couldn't load your security containers" on page load. 

This seems to be reliability issues when Jira trying to fetch security containers data from Snyk (3rd party integration) 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect more than 100 repositories to the project.
2. Keep refreshing the Security page, there will be times that it shows error: `Couldn't load your security containers`

Expected Results

It should load without error: Couldn't load your security containers

Actual Results

Sometimes it shows a flaky error: Couldn't load your security containers when keeping refreshing the security page.

Workaround

Wait for a few minutes and refresh again. Repeat until it loads successfully.
