A why-not button for bulk-change operations

      When doing a bulk deletion of several hundred issues (cleaning up after a bounce storm) I'm coming accross a situation where I'm unable to complete the operation because one or more issues has incorrect permission. Trouble is, I have no idea what permissions are wrong for what issues. Some way of displaying what-happened-there would be very useful.
