Problem Definition:
At times Jira instance import on Cloud may take several hours to complete or fail. During import process the instance is locked for users and there is not much a Jira admin can do. They need to wait for ongoing import to finish or in case of failure need to perform import again.
Suggested Solution:
It would be great if we allow the admins an option to STOP ongoing site import and in case of failure unlock the instance back to previous good state.
Workaround:
As there is no way for a customer to access the backend logs, you will need to reach out to Cloud support to review the errors and unlock the site from ongoing/failed import.
