The Starred section in Dashboard, Filters or Projects shows the items in ascending rank order (latest starred goes to bottom) in the Old Navigation.

While in the New Navigation sidebar the starred items shows in descending rank order (latest starred goes to top). Screen recording attached.

The user requests the starred item to be in the same order as the Old Navigation/to provide a feature for them to reorder it.
