      Issue Summary

      The "Find your field" wizard shows field has a value for an empty "Request Participant" and "Organization" fields. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Pick a ticket without the Request participant and/or Organization field.
      2. You can use JQL to filter tickets without these values. 
      4. I have pinned the fields for better visibility in the screenshot above. 
      5. Search for these fields in "find your field" wizard

      Expected Results

      It should not show the field value row. 

      Actual Results

      It shows: 

      • Field 'Organizations' has value for this issue
      • Field 'Request participants' has value for this issue
         

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
