Numbering list by default rendering as number 1 in Customer notification.

      Issue summary

      When a numbered list is added in a Jira comment (e.g., "18. Test item"), the formatting is preserved in the Jira UI and API response. However, when the customer notification is sent via email, the numbering resets to 1. instead of maintaining the original sequence. This behavior causes inconsistencies between what users see in Jira and what is reflected in email notifications.

      Expected behaviour

      Customer notification email should use the exact same number than changing the numbering list to 1.

      Actual Behaviour

      Customer notification email resets the numbering list to start from 1.
