Issue Summary
For some users, when there is an issue key on a paragraph field, Jira will try to render the issue key to the inline format, even when using the default text renderer.

Steps to Reproduce
It is kind of tricky to replicate, but the scenario were we were able was to have a paragraph field with a default text renderer.
After that, we had an automation rule manually triggered to change that field with the smart value issue.key.
On our case 2 users would see the url https://<instance>.atlassian.net/browse/<issue-key>#icft=<issue-key> in that field, and two different users would see the only the proper issue key.
Expected Results
When using the smart value issue.key, all users should see only the issue key, and not the url
Actual Results
For some users, they will see the url https://<instance>.atlassian.net/browse/<issue-key>#icft=<issue-key>
Workaround
Please reach out to Atlassian support to apply the fix.

This is kliu@atlassian.com from the Jira team. This bug is fixed and I confirmed the functionality to be working as expected. Note that issue keys that were shown and then saved as URLs when the field is edited will remain as URLs.
