Issue Summary
The URL Custom Field Value is Missing from the Jira Issue View for (JSM and JSW)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ticket from the portal and enter the following value in the URL field: http://www.google.fr#!#test.
- When viewing the request in the Jira issue view, the URL field displays as None, while the correct value is visible in the portal.
Expected Results
The URL field value should be properly displayed in the Jira issue view.
Actual Results
The URL field value shows None in the Jira issue view.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
